BOYNEXTDOOR's New Title Track 'ANIMAL' Gets ZICO's Touch

BOYNEXTDOOR is bringing ZICO into its upcoming comeback with "ANIMAL," the title track of its first studio album repackage, "HOME: DELUXE."

The group unveiled the album's tracklist on Sept. 8, confirming ZICO's participation in the song's creation. Pop Time and kako, who have worked with BOYNEXTDOOR on previous releases, handled production.

"ANIMAL" captures the group's determination to push beyond its limits and move toward a better future. It is one of two new songs on the repackage, alongside "CLICHE," which explores the experience of unexpectedly falling in love.

Members Jaehyun, Taesan and Woonhak also contributed to the new material, participating in the writing and composition of four of the five tracks added to the original album, excluding "Boom Boom Boom."

The 14-track "HOME: DELUXE" includes nine songs from the original "HOME," the Korean version of "Count To Love," Japanese single "Boom Boom Boom" and "400 Years," a fan song first shared on YouTube in January 2024 that will receive its official streaming release.

BOYNEXTDOOR will release "HOME: DELUXE" on Sept. 28 at 6 p.m. KST.
