CRAVITY to Return September 30 With New EP 'SONOROUS' and Title Track 'LOUDER'

K-POP boy group CRAVITY is heading into its next comeback with a new set of mood-heavy concept photos.

The group will release its ninth EP, "SONOROUS," on September 30 and begin promoting the title track "LOUDER" the same day.

Its agency, Starship Entertainment, rolled out the "Muse" version of the concept photos on its official social media channels on September 21 and 22. The images feature all nine members: Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung and Seongmin.

The photos place the members in a wide spring and a stretch of rough rocky terrain, staging a scene that plays like something out of a myth. Each member wears different makeup and styling and holds different props, so their individual characters stand out even within the same setting. Long-exposure photography gives the images a dreamy, almost dissolving texture, while shots of the members walking near the water or standing on the rocks add to the unreal feel.

The photos follow the earlier "Muse" concept film, and together they have started drawing attention to the world and visuals built around the new album.

"SONOROUS" is positioned as a record that pushes CRAVITY's teamwork, stage performance and musical range further than before. The members are credited as co-writers on the title track "LOUDER" and also contributed self-written songs to the tracklist, deepening their involvement in the album.

A run of in-person events with fans is on the way. On September 30, the day the album drops, CRAVITY will hold a showcase-style event called "RELEASE NIGHT" at 7 p.m. KST on the rooftop of the Yeouido dock of the Han River Bus, where the group will perform the new songs live for the first time. In November, the group will follow with solo concerts of the same name, "SONOROUS," in Seoul and Busan.

The comeback marks another step for CRAVITY as it moves from a mini-album rollout straight into live stages at home, keeping the group in front of fans through the fall touring window.
