IVE's Jang Won-young Shows Off Luxury Home With $30,000 Audio System

IVE member Jang Won-young is once again drawing attention for her young-and-rich lifestyle. The K-POP star shared a new set of personal photos this week that offered fans another look inside her luxury Seoul home.

On the Oct. 7, Jang posted several images to her Instagram with the caption "my place, my peace🤍." The photos show her posing in what appears to be her home rather than a group dorm, moving through a quiet, carefully styled space.

One detail quickly stood out. Behind her sits a long, horizontal audio system reported to cost between roughly 25.9 million won and 41.9 million won, or about $19,000 to $31,000. A small object sitting on top of the audio system also caught attention. The piece is a vase from a German brand, priced at around 220,000 won, or about $160.

This is not the first time Jang's home has become a talking point. Earlier this year, in May, she shared a glimpse of another part of the residency. A red sofa in what looked like the living room was reported to cost about 10 million won per module, with the full configuration estimated at roughly 200 million won in total.

Other items in that earlier post drew similar attention. A pink lamp was estimated at around 7 million won, while a sheep-shaped sculpture was valued at about 5 million won. A small cherry object placed on a black table above the sofa was reported to cost around 130,000 won.

Jang's real estate has drawn public interest as well. Last year, in March, she purchased a luxury villa in UN Village in Hannam-dong, one of South Korea's most wealthy neighborhoods, for 13.7 billion won in an all-cash deal.

For a 22-year-old idol at the center of one of K-POP's biggest girl groups, each new glimpse of Jang's private world adds another layer to a public image built as much on her lifestyle as on music.
