Singer Eric Nam is back with his fourth full-length album. The project arrives on November 16 at 1 p.m. KST across music streaming platforms, titled "Confessions of a Lonely Heart."

The album is built around personal emotions and experiences Eric Nam has worked through over the past few years. He wrote the lyrics and composed the melody for every one of its nine tracks.

The record traces a feeling that swings between love and isolation. It moves through obsession and self-blame before landing on acceptance and hope. Woven into the melodies is a modern tension familiar to many listeners: wanting connection while hesitating to let anyone close.

Eric Nam warmed up the release with the singles "How the Fire Started," "Miss Me More" and "Someday." For the main album run, he will promote "Psycho" as the title track.

Ahead of the comeback, Eric Nam widened his footprint across the U.S. and South Korea. He finished third on Season 4 of the Peacock survival show "The Traitors" and made a special appearance on the semifinal results broadcast of NBC's "America's Got Talent" Season 21. He also attended the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards and New York Fashion Week, and performed a solo set at the Clive Davis Theater at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles.

His work in acting and animation expanded, too. He joined the voice cast of the animated film "Avatar: Aang - The Last Airbender" and signed on for the K-pop-themed film "KPop: The Debut." At home, he took the stage at the 2026 Art Forest Festival and walked the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the 31st Busan International Film Festival.

The album is also his first full-length release since moving to the new agency all my anecdotes. After stretching into broadcasting, fashion and film overseas, Eric Nam is returning to the work that started it all. This time, the songs are entirely his own.
