Arin — the stage name of Choi Yewon, born June 18, 1999 — occupies two roles in the WM Entertainment universe as a member of the girl group Oh My Girl and its sub-unit Oh My Girl Banhana, while maintaining a parallel career in South Korean television and film.
Group affiliations
Oh My Girl debuted in 2015, and Arin has been part of the group's lineup throughout its run, taking on the positions of lead dancer and sub-vocalist. As the group's maknae — the youngest member — she has also been a consistent presence in the act's public-facing identity beyond music. Oh My Girl Banhana, a sub-unit that operates alongside the main group, further extends her activity within the same ecosystem.
Arin is also listed as a member of X4, a separate vocal group, adding another layer to her current ensemble commitments.
Activities
Alongside her group work, Arin has built a credited profile as both a television and film actor, though the specific projects are not detailed in available material. Her media presence extends to her official YouTube channel, through which she has addressed fans directly — including a Seollal New Year's greeting in early 2026, in which she thanked supporters for their engagement over the previous year and offered wishes for the year ahead.
