Kim Dong-jun has built a career that moves between the stage and the screen, operating as a member of the South Korean group ZE:A while maintaining a parallel presence as an actor. Known within the group as its maknae, main vocalist, and face of the group, he has remained one of ZE:A's most publicly visible figures.
Debut & Formation
ZE:A — an abbreviation for Children of the Empire (제국의아이들) — debuted in 2010 under Star Empire Entertainment, and Dongjun joined as the youngest member of the group's nine-member lineup. Within that configuration he held the positions of main vocalist and lead dancer, a combination that placed him at the center of the group's performance identity. His designation as face of the group reflected the attention his visuals drew from early in his career, a quality that would sustain a public profile well beyond ZE:A's active promotional periods.
Activities
Alongside his work with ZE:A, Dongjun has pursued acting, establishing himself as a recognizable figure across both entertainment lanes. His public presence has continued into the mid-2020s, with social media activity drawing attention to a sense of style that reads as distinctly urban — most recently, a suited appearance photographed against a city backdrop circulated in June 2026 and drew wide notice for his visuals and presentation.
He has also been a recurring subject of commentary around his resemblance to actress Han Ga-in, a comparison that followed him for years. In early 2026 that narrative shifted when a notably different appearance prompted widespread reaction from fans who described the change as a striking transformation.
