Jonghyeong holds an unusual position within NINE to SIX: as both the group's leader and its youngest member — the maknae — he carries organizational responsibility while occupying the role typically associated with the newest or least experienced figure in a K-pop lineup. Born Kim Jonghyeong on April 13, 2002, he is credited as lead vocalist and main dancer alongside his leadership duties.
Formation & Role
Within NINE to SIX, Jonghyeong's combination of positions — leader, lead vocalist, main dancer, and maknae simultaneously — is structurally uncommon in K-pop group configurations, where the youngest member is rarely also the one bearing leadership responsibilities. No further detail on the group's debut, discography, or activities is available in the sourced material at this time.
