Myoungsoo (명수)

Kim Myung-soo — known professionally as L within INFINITE, and credited as Myoungsoo in solo and acting contexts — has built a parallel career across K-pop and Korean television since his debut with the six-member group. He currently holds the position of bassist in the project act 1/N.

From INFINITE to acting

Best known as a member of INFINITE, L has maintained a consistent presence on both sides of the industry — as a performer and as a screen actor. The dual path is not uncommon among idol-era artists, but L has pursued it with enough persistence that his acting work has become a recognized strand of his public identity in its own right.

A new chapter on screen

In early 2026, roughly eight years into his career, L was cast in the remake of the Korean drama Stove League, a project expected to mark a new phase in his acting trajectory. The casting drew notice partly because of his long-established screen presence, and partly because the original *Stove League* held significant cultural weight in Korean television — making the remake a high-profile vehicle.
