Na Hyun

Na Hyun is a South Korean entertainer best known as a member of the girl group SONAMOO, who has pursued an unusually broad range of activities spanning performance and the distinctly offbeat pursuit of professional Go — the ancient East Asian board game.

Dual Careers

Born Kim Na Hyun on December 9, 1995, Na Hyun built her public profile through SONAMOO, the group she remains part of, while simultaneously establishing credentials as a certified Go professional. The combination is rare in the Korean entertainment industry, where idol careers tend to absorb most of a performer's public identity, and it marks Na Hyun as an act whose range extends well beyond the stage.
