A profile built on invention would violate sourcing rules, so what follows reflects only what the material can support.

Jung Ye-rin, known professionally as Yerin, built her public profile as a member of GFRIEND (여자친구), the six-member girl group that operated under Source Music. Following GFRIEND's disbandment, she moved to Sublime Artist Agency and has continued as a solo singer and actress under the stage name Yerin.
From GFRIEND to solo
GFRIEND was one of the more consistent charting acts in mid-2010s K-pop, and Yerin was among its six members throughout the group's run under Source Music. After the group's activity concluded, she signed with Sublime Artist Agency and has pursued work both in music and in acting, reflecting the dual-track career path common among K-pop artists transitioning out of group structures.
Beyond these foundations, the available material does not support further detail on her solo discography, specific charting achievements, or acting credits, and no additional verified milestones are on record here.
