Mark Lee, the singer formerly of K-POP group NCT, will take his first official stage since launching his new one-artist label, Upper Room.

Mark is set to perform at the opening event of World Environment Day on June 5 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The ceremony starts at 11 a.m. local time, or 4 p.m. KST, and will stream live on UN WebTV and the official YouTube channel of the United Nations Environment Programme.

At the event, Mark will perform an unreleased self-written song called "Ready or Not." It is also his first official stage since founding Upper Room.

World Environment Day is an international observance led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and held every June 5. This year's official ceremony takes place in the host country, Azerbaijan, with attendees including Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and UNEP Executive Director Inger Andersen.

Mark ended his run with SM Entertainment in April and announced his departure from all of his groups, including NCT 127 and NCT Dream. He then founded his own one-artist company and took the role of co-CEO.
