LE SSERAFIM's Kim Chaewon Cleared to Return After Neck Treatment

LE SSERAFIM Kim Chaewon will return to group activities next week after a health-related break. Source Music shared the update on the fan platform Weverse on Thursday, confirming that her condition has improved.

"Kim Chaewon has focused on recovery through treatment and rest, and as her health has improved, she will take part in scheduled activities starting next week," the agency said.

Chaewon had stepped away from promotions for the group's second studio album, "'PUREFLOW' pt.1," which was released last month, due to neck pain. Ahead of the full comeback, LE SSERAFIM dropped the pre-release track "CELEBRATION" on April 24. After the choreography was unveiled, some fans raised concerns about the intense headbanging moves. Kim appeared to be in pain during a performance at a university festival, which drew further worry.

At the time, Source Music announced her break by saying, "Kim Chaewon recently received hospital treatment for neck pain, and medical staff advised her to rest for a certain period and monitor her recovery."

LE SSERAFIM is set to kick off "2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR 'PUREFLOW'" on July 11 and 12 at Inspire Arena in Incheon. Both dates are sold out. The second world tour will take the group to 23 cities for 32 shows.
