BIGBANG member Daesung is set to address recent dating rumors linking him to KARA's Heo Young-ji. The singer hinted at his response in a teaser video posted on his YouTube channel "Jipdaesung" on June 25, under the title "I'll Reveal Everything."

In the clip, Daesung referenced the speculation alongside an on-screen caption reading "dating rumors after 20 years." He pushed back on how his agency's denial was reported. "I went on Naver and saw it posted as an 'official statement from R&D Company,'" he said. "Normally, if you want to confirm something, an official statement should come from me first. But no one even told me they had said 'it's not true.'"

Daesung then turned to the camera and built suspense around what he plans to share. "This is rolling, right?" he said. "Seriously, this one is real." He added, "I originally..." before the teaser cut off, leaving fans waiting for the full reveal.

The rumors began on June 20, when photos of Daesung and Heo Young-ji together at a MAMAMOO concert spread across social media and online communities. The images showed the two watching the performance, chatting naturally, and looking over a lightstick together.

A representative from Daesung's agency, R&D Company, denied the rumors on June 22, telling TenAsia that "the two are close colleagues."
