ONF Brings Talent Donation Concert to Incheon High Schools
K-POP group ONF brought its music straight to students this month with a charity concert at two Incheon high schools.
The group was invited to Incheon Beauty Arts High School and Incheon Haesong High School in Yeonsu district, Incheon, on the 10th, where it staged a talent donation concert for the students.
ONF performed a set that included "Open The Door," the title track from its second full-length album Part.2 "ONF:MY SELF," along with "Beautiful Beautiful" and "We Must Love." Between numbers, the members hosted an O/X quiz built around the group and each school, drawing loud responses from the crowd.
A talk show segment turned out to be one of the day's highlights. Students had written their worries about schoolwork, career paths, and everyday life on sticky notes, and the members read them one by one. They answered with honest advice and words of encouragement. Students whose notes were picked received a CD signed by the group and took a selfie with the members.
"We hope the stage and the conversations today gave students a small boost in their daily lives," ONF said. "We hope the message came through that the world is always cheering for your dreams."
The concert is part of a wider charity push for the group. ONF has been taking part in the "Another Class" donation challenge run by ChildFund Korea, using its platform to support causes for young people.
Meanwhile, "ONF:MY SELF" set a new career high for the group, selling 113,916 copies in its first week on the Hanteo Chart. ONF is continuing promotions for the release.
