PENTAGON Returns as 7-Member Lineup for 10th Anniversary Project

K-POP group PENTAGON is returning as a seven-member lineup to mark its 10th debut anniversary. It will be the group's first new music in three years.

The group's agency announced on the 21st that PENTAGON will release a new song and launch a tour as part of a 10th anniversary project. The project will feature seven members: Jinho, Hui, Hongseok, Shinwon, Yeo One, Kino, and Wooseok.

The comeback marks the group's first release since the 2023 digital single "Yaksok." The members have focused on individual activities in the years since, and the anniversary project brings them back together after a long stretch apart.

PENTAGON debuted on October 10, 2016, and built its catalog with songs including "Shine," "Spring Snow," and "Daisy." In February, the group reunited on stage at the 33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025, their first joint performance in about two years and three months. Despite the long gap, the members showed the same chemistry fans remembered.

Ten years in, PENTAGON now heads into a new chapter with the full weight of that history behind them. The anniversary project will test how the group carries its identity forward after years of solo work, and how a veteran act returns to a K-pop scene that has shifted around them.
