SEVENTEEN's Mingyu, Seungkwan and Dino Set to Begin Military Service

SEVENTEEN members Mingyu, Seungkwan and Dino will begin their mandatory military service in the coming months.

PLEDIS Entertainment announced Aug. 10 that Seungkwan and Dino will enlist on Oct. 26 and serve in the Army military band. Mingyu will begin alternative service as a social service worker on Sept. 10.

The three members will continue with their scheduled activities until their respective service dates. The agency asked fans not to visit Seungkwan and Dino's enlistment ceremony or Mingyu's workplace during his service.

SEVENTEEN is currently going through its military service period, with members carrying out their duties on different schedules. Jeonghan became the first member to complete his service when he was discharged in June, while Wonwoo, Hoshi and Woozi are currently serving.

S.Coups is exempt from military service, while Jun and The8 are Chinese nationals and Joshua is a U.S. citizen. With Mingyu, Seungkwan and Dino now set to begin their service, the remaining eligible members will have either enlisted or completed their duties.
