RIIZE Lands First U.S. Radio Chart Entry as 'Do your dance' Debuts at No. 40
K-pop boy group RIIZE has landed on a major U.S. radio chart for the first time. The title track from the group's second mini-album, "Do your dance," debuted at No. 40 on Mediabase's Top 40 Radio Chart.
The ranking reflects airplay data from major U.S. radio stations collected from Aug. 9-15. Mediabase's Top 40 Radio Chart tracks spins across leading radio stations in the country.
During the tracking period, "Do your dance" received airplay across roughly 130 U.S. radio stations, including channels such as Most Requested Live and iHeart KPOP.
"Do your dance" is a dance track built around the free-spirited energy and confidence that have become part of RIIZE's identity. The song features point choreography set to the lyric "Head, hips, shoulders, toes," with a performance highlighting the chemistry among the group's six members.
The radio milestone comes as RIIZE prepares for its next release in Japan. The group will release its third Japanese single, "Sunburst," on Aug. 26.
RIIZE's first entry on the U.S. Top 40 Radio Chart is notable as the group continues to expand its presence beyond the K-pop market. The achievement also signals growing exposure for the group within the mainstream U.S. radio landscape.
