ONF Sets Ceremonial Kickoff, Halftime Show at Jeonju World Cup Stadium

K-POP group ONF is heading to a K League stadium.

The group will handle both the ceremonial kickoff and the halftime performance at the match between Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC and Ulsan HD FC, set for 7:30 p.m. KST on the 22nd at Jeonju World Cup Stadium.

The members will take part in the pre-match ceremonial kickoff, then return to the field at halftime for a live performance.

"We're really happy and excited to be part of such a meaningful event," ONF said through its agency, KI Entertainment. "We'll prepare the halftime show carefully so everyone at the stadium can enjoy it together."

The K League appearance comes a couple of months after the group's latest release. In June, ONF dropped its second full-length album Part.2, "ONF:MY SELF." The album cracked the top 10 on the iTunes Top Albums chart, and the music video for the title track has passed 13.5 million views.

ONF is also lining up overseas activity later this year. The group plans to hold fan meetings in Taipei, Taiwan, and Tokyo, Japan, in September.
