Singer Ryu Sujeong has signed with a new agency and is preparing to return with new music.

Entertainment company all my anecdotes announced on Sept. 2 that it had signed Ryu to an exclusive contract. Her first release under the agency will be a new mini album arriving Sept. 11.

Ryu debuted as a member of girl group Lovelyz in 2014. As the group's lead vocalist, she performed on songs including "Ah-Choo," "Hi~," "Destiny" and "Now, We" (Jigeum, Uri). She became known for her distinctive husky voice and strong vocals.

She made her solo debut in 2020 with the mini album "Tiger Eyes." Ryu later began taking part in songwriting and developed her career as a singer-songwriter. Last year, she released the digital single "Melted Love" and held a solo concert titled "IT'S MY PARTY."
