Frustrations Continue for ATEEZ and P1Harmony Fans as 82WORLD Faces New Issues
hello82's 82WORLD: LA is just over two weeks away but rather than excitement building ahead of the company's first major outdoor festival, some ticket holders are continuously growing concerned over how much remains unresolved.
Scheduled for October 17 and 18 at Los Angeles State Historic Park, 82WORLD: LA was first introduced nearly a year ago, with early-bird tickets going on sale during Black Friday in November 2025. Those tickets sold for $82 before a lineup, schedule or full programming details had been revealed.
hello82 told purchasers that further information would be announced as the festival approached. However, nearly a year later, some fans feel they are still waiting as the latest frustration comes from the festival's ticket distribution.
Existing ticket holders have begun receiving emails from hello82 informing them that their orders are only now being migrated to ticketing platform Fever.
"Thank you so much for your patience, we know this has taken longer than expected, and we apologize for the wait," the email reads.
According to the notice, tickets that had originally been expected to arrive in September are instead being issued in October, with purchasers told to expect their Fever tickets "within the next couple of days."
No additional action is required from buyers, with their existing order information being transferred to Fever before tickets are sent to the email address attached to each purchase.
On its own, a delayed ticket transfer may be a relatively minor logistical issue. However, for some fans, it has become another example of information arriving considerably later than expected for a festival that has been in development since at least last year.
That frustration has been building for months as during another round of presale tickets back in April, the company said full festival details including "programming, schedule, and on-site experiences" would be revealed in summer 2026.
The complete lineup, however, was not unveiled until August, roughly two months before the festival. P1Harmony will headline the first day alongside AMPERS&ONE, BE:FIRST, cosmosy, GIRLSET, xikers and 8TURN, while October 18 is dedicated to ATEEZ and its "ATEEZ x TINY ISLAND" experience.
Now, with October underway, fans have continued asking for basic logistical information about how the festival itself will operate.
The official Fever listing currently provides basic information including opening hours, accessibility and box office times. It also confirms that wristband pre-check will be available but states that further information on how it will work will be "announced soon."
The criticism comes at an already sensitive moment for the festival as earlier this week, hello82 faced backlash after introducing a promotion giving new two-day ticket purchasers $200 in store credit and club82 buyers $300. The promotion specifically excluded tickets previously purchased through hello82 or Fever.
That angered some early purchasers, who argued that fans who committed before knowing the lineup were receiving fewer incentives than those waiting until shortly before the event. The promotional post was subsequently removed from social media, and was not further addressed by the company.
Taken separately, none of these developments necessarily signals a major problem.Together, however, they have created a growing perception among some ticket holders that an event announced almost a year ago is still being assembled in its final weeks.
That perception matters particularly because hello82 has repeatedly marketed 82WORLD as a festival designed around its audience. Fever currently describes it as a "fan-first world," promising special activities, exclusive stages and a festival experience designed "FOR THE FANS."
For attendees, the concern is increasingly less about any single specific delay and more about the accumulation of them. From a lineup announcement two months before the event, promised details which have still to come, existing purchases being delayed to even aggressive new ticket incentives arriving in the final weeks.
For a festival that has had nearly a year to build anticipation, 82WORLD: LA is now facing the opposite problem: as opening day gets closer, some fans are still waiting for the basics to seemingly fall into place.
