&TEAM Sets New Japanese Boy Group Record on Billboard 200
&TEAM has earned its highest position yet on the Billboard 200, with its second Korean EP, "Mark on Me," debuting at No. 20.
According to Billboard's Oct. 10-dated charts, the album climbed 32 spots above the group's previous career best of No. 52, set by Japanese EP "We on Fire" in May. The new peak is also the highest Billboard 200 ranking for a Japanese boy group.
"Mark on Me" additionally reached No. 1 on World Albums and No. 3 on Top Album Sales. &TEAM also set a new personal best on the Artist 100 at No. 18.
Released Sept. 8, "Mark on Me" sold more than 1.35 million copies in its first week, giving &TEAM its fourth consecutive million-selling release.
The Billboard milestone follows the group's first major U.S. activities this summer, including appearances at KCON LA and the Grammy Museum's Global Spin Live.
&TEAM will next begin its "Mark on You" tour in Japan on Oct. 15, with 41 shows planned across 18 cities.
