WOODZ Goes 1980s Rock and Roll on 'Come into my world!'
Singer WOODZ is set to release a new rock song he wrote himself.
According to his agency, EDAM Entertainment, WOODZ will release his new digital single, "Come into my world!," along with its full music video, on the 20th at 6 p.m. KST through online music sites.
"Come into my world!" borrows its sound from 1980s rock and roll. Guitar riffs and drums form the backbone of the track, with WOODZ's vocals on top.
The lyrics ask listeners to set aside everyday worries and focus on the moment. Simple, direct lines such as "Today won't come again" and "Just come into my world" carry that message.
WOODZ is once again credited as lyricist and composer on every track of the release. He drew on his time connecting with crowds on his world tour and built the song with a structure that fans can join in on at live shows.
Ahead of the release, he rolled out a track preview, a dance video and a music video teaser with a Western movie feel, one after another.
Earlier this year, WOODZ released his first full-length album, "Archive. 1," and went on a world tour. He will meet fans again at the encore concerts "2026 WOODZ WORLD TOUR Archive. 1 : Completed." The two-day run takes place from the 31st through Nov. 1 at KSPO DOME, a major concert arena in Olympic Park in Seoul's Songpa district.
For WOODZ, the new single shows how the stage now shapes the studio. A song written with a live crowd in mind arrives just as he heads back to one of Seoul's biggest venues.
