A2O SOUL Goes From Debut Single to Full Album in Less Than a Month

A2O SOUL is preparing to release its debut album, "SUPERSTAR," on Nov. 9, less than a month after introducing itself with a pre-release single of the same name.

The 15-member boy group, produced under the direction of Lee Soo-man, made its debut on Oct. 13 with "SUPERSTAR."

The upcoming five-track album will feature "SUPERSTAR" alongside a second title track, "Dancing in the Dark." The project will explore what the group describes as "NEW SYNTHWAVE," a sound it is developing as part of its musical identity.

Lee Soo-man oversaw the album's musical direction, bringing together producers and songwriters from different backgrounds.

Contributors to the pre-release single include Yoo Young-jin, HAAN, who worked on The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber's "STAY," and GENT!, whose credits include music by Drake and Doja Cat.

"SUPERSTAR" has already gained traction in China, reaching No. 2 on QQ Music's New Songs chart, No. 6 on its Popular Songs chart and No. 4 on its global music video chart.

The album will arrive Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. KST, with physical editions available in three versions.
