Lily (릴리)

The main vocalist of NMIXX, Lily brings a vocal presence that stands apart in a group already known for musical ambition. Born Lily Jin Morrow on October 17, 2002, the Korean-Australian singer serves as both the oldest member and the most prominent voice of the JYP Entertainment act — a role that came after years of competitive training and a notable early television appearance.

Debut & Formation

Before joining NMIXX, Lily competed on *K-pop Star 4*, the talent competition series that served as an early proving ground for her vocal ability. She subsequently signed with JYP Entertainment, where she trained ahead of NMIXX's debut. When the group launched, Lily was positioned as main vocalist — the member entrusted with the most demanding vocal passages in the group's characteristically layered, genre-blending sound.

Music & Discography

NMIXX built its identity around a concept its label described as mix pop — a structural approach that places contrasting musical sections within a single track rather than following conventional verse-chorus frameworks. Navigating that format as the group's lead voice placed particular demands on Lily, whose tone carries much of the melodic continuity across those shifts. The group reached a commercial milestone when "Blue Valentine" topped major domestic music charts in South Korea, representing a career high for NMIXX and a marker of the group's growing domestic foothold.

Activities

In early 2026, Lily shared that her focus for the year was meeting fans around the world — a goal consistent with NMIXX's expanding international profile. Her 2002 birth year places her among a generation of artists who came of age entirely within the modern K-pop industry, trained from their teens and debuting before their twenties.
