Formed under HYBE LABELS JAPAN, &TEAM brings together nine members — EJ (leader), Fuma (sub-leader), K (performance leader and center), Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki (the youngest) — whose nationalities span South Korea, Japan, and beyond, a lineup that reflects HYBE's deliberate strategy of building acts designed to travel across both the Korean and Japanese fandoms at once. The group debuted on December 7, 2022, and cultivated a fanbase known as LUNÉ.

Consecutive million-sellers in Japan

The clearest measure of &TEAM's commercial trajectory is their Oricon record. Their third Japanese mini-album, "We on Fire", topped the Oricon Daily Album Ranking upon release in April 2026 and surpassed one million sales on its first day — making it the group's third consecutive million-selling release on that chart. Achieving three straight million-sellers on Oricon is a benchmark that speaks to sustained purchase intent rather than a single breakout moment, and it positions &TEAM among the more commercially consistent acts operating in the Japanese market.

The album's production credits add context to that reception. The six-track project featured contributions from Bang Si-hyuk, the HYBE founder behind much of BTS's catalog, alongside producer Soma Genda, signaling that the group's Japanese releases are receiving the same level of creative investment as their label's flagship acts.

Activities and live presence

In 2026, &TEAM confirmed an Asia Tour that includes a July date at Inspire Arena in Seoul — one of South Korea's largest indoor venues — marking an escalation in the scale of their live activity.
