USPEER (유스피어)

The seven-member girl group USPEER entered the K-pop landscape with a lineup built around a broad distribution of vocal and performance roles, anchored by captain and rapper Yeowon and main vocalist Sian, who also takes on rapper and dancer duties within the group.

Debut & Formation

USPEER launched as a seven-member act, with each position in the group serving a distinct function. Yeowon held the captain role alongside her responsibilities as a rapper, providing leadership and directional grounding for the ensemble. Sian brought range as the group's main vocalist, rapper, and dancer. The lineup further comprised vocalists Chaena, Daon, and maknae Roa; main dancer Seoyu; and rapper Soee — a configuration weighted toward vocal performance and stage presence.

Reorganization

In May 2026, USPEER announced a significant structural change: Yeowon, the group's captain, departed, reducing the lineup to six members. The group's agency confirmed the change ahead of a scheduled June 2026 comeback, framing it as a moment of transition rather than dissolution. In their statement, the agency emphasized that the remaining members were moving forward with renewed determination. The comeback would mark USPEER's first public activity under the revised configuration.
