STAYC Teases Summer Sound With '2:LOVE' Highlight Medley

Girl-group STAYC has unveiled a preview of its upcoming single album “2:LOVE,” offering fans a first listen to all four tracks through a highlight medley ahead of their comeback on June 16.

A highlight medley was released through the group’s official social media channels, featuring snippets of the title track “2 L0VE.” Furthermore, the album’s three B-side tracks were also featured through snippets giving audiences a deeper glimpse into the album’s overall sound and concept.

Produced under the theme "WHEN WE LOVE," the medley incorporates footage filmed by the members themselves. The videos capture personal moments and actions inspired by people or things they love, adding a more intimate touch to the album preview.

The title track "2 L0VE" is a pop dance song which is heavily driven by sleep synth sounds and energetic melodies. According to STAYC, the song is meant to deliver a message about enjoying love itself without becoming overly consumed in the thought of winning or losing within relationships.

The highlight medley also includes the album’s additional tracks such as "WHERE YOU AT?" which combines rhythmic beats with lyrics about confidence in a fated connection. Furthermore, the track "SORRY" features a catchy repeated hook built around the phrase "Sorry sorry sorry so sorry." Lastly, "BEAT MY LOVE" highlights the members' vocals through a more emotional and restrained approach.

Scheduled for release on June 16 at 6 p.m. KST, 2:LOVE aims to showcase STAYC's strong and confident approach to love while highlighting the group's ever-evolving musical identity.

Following the comeback, STAYC will also embark on its 2026 fan concert tour STAY CLOSER. Beginning with two Seoul concerts on August 22 and 23, the tour will continue onto countries such as Manila, Macau, Taipei, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney.
