Kim Min-ju Reunites With Fans After Two Years at Fan Meeting

Actress Kim Min-ju reunited with Korean fans for the first time in about two years. She spent the afternoon trading songs, stories, and handwritten notes with her fandom, Mingdlle. Kim Min-ju, a former member of K-pop girl group IZ*ONE, is now focused on her acting career.

Kim Min-ju held "2026 Kim Min-ju Fan Meeting Hello, Our Summer with Berriz" on the 27th at the Yonsei University Centennial Hall Concert Hall in Seoul. It was her second solo fan meeting in Korea.

She opened the show by performing "In Summer," greeting fans as she took the stage. Her clear vocals drew loud cheers from the audience.

She then shared behind-the-scenes photos from the drama "Still Shining" and answered questions from fans directly. The program also included a dance performance, a K-pop medley, and viral challenges fans had requested. A quiz segment, which asked fans to find others who had made the same choices as her, kept the room interactive.

Near the end, she read a handwritten letter to thank her fans. "I'm happy we get to meet again after two years. I keep all the love you send me very close, and it gives me so much strength," she said. "I hope we all stay healthy and meet again on a good day. I really love you and I'm rooting for you." After the show, she greeted fans one by one at a high-five event.

Kim Min-ju previously held her first solo fan meeting in Japan. The Japan show sold out in 30 seconds, and the Seoul show sold out in one minute.

She is currently filming the Netflix series "Beauty in the beast" (working title), in which she plays the werewolf character Ha Min-su.
