Actor Park Su-oh is joining the cast of the new KBS weekend drama "Love Is Coming." The series premieres July 25 at 8 p.m. KST on KBS 2TV, with Ahn Hee-yeon and Ha Seok-jin in the lead roles.

Park plays Han Gyu-seo, the youngest child of the Han family and a high schooler known for his striking looks. Bright and outgoing, Han Gyu-seo fits easily into any group and shares a close bond with his twin sister Han Gyu-min, played by Kim Min-seo, despite their opposite personalities.

Behind the cheerful surface, however, the character carries private worries and wounds he rarely shares with anyone. Park is set to bring out both the light energy of Han Gyu-seo and the more tangled feelings the teenager holds toward his family.

The role marks a shift for Park, who most recently drew attention with the Netflix series "Girigo." In that show, he played Han Ki-tae, a bully who torments a classmate. "Love Is Coming" gives him a very different kind of high school character.

Born in 2005, Park began his career as a child actor. He is reported to have left the media and communication program at Hanyang University before entering the philosophy department at Yonsei University.

"Love Is Coming" is a family drama about a man and a woman who piece together the fragments of their broken families to build one of the warmest tables life can offer. It premieres July 25 at 8 p.m. KST.
