Actress Moon Ga-young has signed an exclusive contract with Fantagio, the agency confirmed on July 3.

"We are pleased to welcome actress Moon Ga-young," Fantagio said in a statement. The signing arrives during a difficult stretch for the company. Fantagio was recently hit with a tax bill of about 8.2 billion won. Its top actor, Cha Eun-woo, is also reported to have received a separate income tax notice of about 20 billion won.

Moon Ga-young made her debut in 2006 with the film "To Sir, With Love" (Seuseung-ui Eunhye). She began her career as a child actress and has built a steady filmography since. Her credits include "True Beauty," "The Interest of Love" (Sarang-ui Ihae), "Delightfully Deceitful" (Iroun Sagi), "That Guy Is the Black Dragon" (Geunom-eun Heugyeomryong), and "Seocho-dong." She has moved across genres while turning in consistent performances.

"We are very happy to sign an exclusive contract with Moon Ga-young, an actress with limitless potential," Fantagio said. "We will support her fully as a reliable partner, so that her versatile talent and charm can shine even brighter across a wide range of fields."

Fantagio's roster also includes Cha Eun-woo, Baek Yoon-sik, Kim Seon-ho, Lee Sung-kyoung, Ong Seong-wu, Lee Se-young, Lee Chang-sub, the group ASTRO, and the group LUN8.
