IU and Heo Nam-jun Reunite for Third Time in Upcoming MV

Singer IU has tapped actor Heo Nam-jun to star in the music video for her next comeback title track. The pairing marks the third time the two have worked together.

Representatives for Heo Nam-jun confirmed to K-POPIT on Monday that the actor will appear in the music video for IU's upcoming release. TenAsia also reached out to IU's agency, EDAM Entertainment, for details on the shoot date and comeback timing, but the label did not respond.

The music video will be the third project between IU and Heo Nam-jun. The two first worked together last May, when the actor appeared in the music video for IU's remake of "Never Ending Story." That video drew fresh attention this year as Heo Nam-jun's profile rose through the SBS drama "Brave New World" (Meotjin Sinsegye), which wrapped last month. He also made a special appearance in April on the second episode of the MBC drama "The Duchess of the 21st Century" (21 Segi Daegunbuin), playing a blind-date partner opposite lead actress IU.

IU is deep into preparations for the new album. She is also reported to be planning a solo concert at Goyang Stadium's main arena in September.
