All 13 SEVENTEEN Members Complete Second Renewal With PLEDIS

K-POP group SEVENTEEN is staying together. All 13 members have signed a second contract renewal with their agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, keeping one of K-pop's largest groups fully intact.

PLEDIS Entertainment announced on July 13 that SEVENTEEN had agreed to a second round of renewals with the label. According to the agency, every member not currently serving in the military has finalized the contract. Those completing mandatory military service will sign in turn, based on their service schedules.

The group is made up of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino.

"We're happy to share good news with CARAT," SEVENTEEN said in a statement, using the name of the group's official fandom. "We decided to continue as 13 because we believe there's nothing we can't do together, and because we all want to keep going as a team for a long time to come. We hope fans will stand with us as part of 'TEAM SVT.'"

PLEDIS Entertainment said it plans to keep supporting the group across full-group activities, sub-unit projects and solo work. "We'll back each member so they can show what they can do individually, and we'll prepare for the group's next full-lineup comeback," the agency said.

SEVENTEEN debuted in 2015 and signed its first renewal early in 2021. With this second full-group renewal, the 13-member act extends a rare streak in K-pop: a large group moving into its second decade without a single member leaving.

That kind of continuity is unusual in an industry where large lineups often shrink over time. As SEVENTEEN moves toward its next chapter, the renewal signals that one of K-pop's biggest groups intends to keep operating at full strength for years to come.
