Actress Chae Jung-an, 48, Shares Summer Dog-Walking Routine and Ageless Look

Korean actress Chae Jung-an, 48, gave fans a glimpse of her summer routine with her dogs, and her youthful look is once again turning heads.

On the 13th, Chae Jung-an posted several photos to her social media along with a message about staying healthy in the heat. "These days, I'm taking the little cuties out for walks at dawn so they don't get worn out by the heat, keeping up my own health with IV drips, and I've even added heat packs to prevent summer air-conditioning sickness," she wrote.

In one photo, Chae Jung-an takes a mirror selfie in a relaxed T-shirt that shows off her slim figure. With a lean frame and her hair down in a natural style, she gives off a fresh, clean look.

Another photo shows her posing with her dog. A small pup standing behind her steals the frame. In a close-up shot, Chae Jung-an shows glowing skin and a bright energy that make it hard to believe she is in her late 40s.

She also emphasized taking care of her health during the summer months. "Even if it sounds like I'm a health worrier, let's all keep looking after ourselves," she added.
