TXT Joins UN Youth Campaign to Promote Mental Health Awareness
TXT has joined a United Nations youth initiative aimed at raising awareness of mental health and well-being among young people around the world.
The group took part in the "One World, One Game, One Goal" event hosted by the United Nations Youth Office at UN Headquarters in New York on July 17. The campaign, organized ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final, uses the global reach of sports to encourage conversations about youth mental health and ensure young people's voices are reflected in international policy discussions.
TXT also appeared in the campaign's launch video, "Real People Real Talk," where the five members shared messages of encouragement for young people facing anxiety and uncertainty while emphasizing the importance of building a "culture of care." The campaign also features prominent figures from sports, science and the arts, including former Uruguayan footballer Diego Forlán, Nigerian football legend Daniel Amokachi, aerospace engineer Aisha Bowe and tenor Juan Diego Flórez.
The participation builds on TXT's ongoing partnership with UNICEF through the "Together for Tomorrow" campaign, which supports children's and adolescents' mental well-being worldwide.
TXT will release its fifth Japanese single, "Setsuna Hanabi," on Aug. 19 and hold a premium live performance at Tokyo Garden Theater the same day.
