BLACKPINK's Jennie Shares New Spain Video With Model Kai

BLACKPINK's JENNIE has shared another video featuring model Kai, extending the visual mood of her latest single, "Less than a Lover."

JENNIE posted the clip on her Instagram Story on July 28 with a single yellow heart emoji.

The video shows JENNIE and Kai at several locations in Spain, including beaches and city streets. In one scene, Kai brushes JENNIE's hair, while another captures the two exchanging a lingering look. The cinematic footage drew attention from fans for its close and understated atmosphere.

The post comes just days after JENNIE released "Less than a Lover" on July 24. The alternative pop track, which she co-wrote and co-composed, explores the ambiguous emotions of a relationship that falls somewhere between friendship and romance.

Built around lo-fi guitar and vintage electric keyboard sounds, the song is accompanied by a music video filmed in Spain. JENNIE also participated in directing the video.

The newly released footage appears to expand on the song's visual narrative, using the same Spanish backdrop and restrained romantic tension featured in the music video.

Following the release, JENNIE is scheduled to appear at major music festivals, including Lollapalooza Chicago in the United States and Summer Sonic 2026 in Japan.

By continuing to share related footage after the song's release, JENNIE is keeping the visual world of "Less than a Lover" active beyond the official music video.
