JYP Entertainment founder J.Y. Park is opening up the company's organic staff cafeteria, a facility that costs about 2 billion won a year to run. He is also showing a side of himself that fans rarely see up close: a 54-year-old artist still training hard for his own comebacks.

Both moments air Saturday on MBC's "Reveal My Star's Life: The Manager" (Jeonjijeok Chamgyeon Sijeom) at 11:10 p.m. KST. The episode is the show's 409th.

The cafeteria segment centers on JYP Entertainment's in-house dining program. According to the show, the company spends roughly 2 billion won a year to keep it running, with about 220 million won of that going to organic kimchi alone. J.Y. Park says he built the system after seeing trainees living on convenience-store food.

"I made it thinking these are my kids eating here," he says on the program.

He also shares a plan tied to the company's upcoming new headquarters. The kitchen there will be about three times larger, with a lunchbox production line so staff and artists can eat what the show calls "healthy JYP food" wherever they are working.

That same care shows up in how he treats individual staffers. When one team member on his own staff had a health issue, J.Y. Park sent a long message about how to manage it, drawing on anatomy and nutrition he had studied himself. The show frames it as him treating employees like family.

The second half of the episode turns to his day job as a performer. For his new single "WET," J.Y. Park cut his body fat to 9.2%, which the show calls his best physical condition to date. The episode includes footage from a content shoot for the song, where he wears a neon vest and a bold, back-baring outfit that surprised the crew.

It is a rare look at J.Y. Park not as the head of JYP Entertainment or as co-chair of the presidential committee on popular culture exchange, but as a working singer still chasing the next release at 54.

"Reveal My Star's Life: The Manager" is produced by Kang Young-sun, directed by Kim Yoon-jip, Jeon Jae-wook, Kim Hae-ni, Jung Dong-sik, and Lee Da-woon, and written by Yeo Hyun-jeon.
