All Six NCT DREAM Members Re-Sign With SM Entertainment
K-pop boy group NCT DREAM will remain with SM Entertainment, with all six members now under renewed contracts with the label as the group continues its activities together.
SM Entertainment announced the news in an official statement on Aug. 20.
"Along with Haechan, who had already renewed his contract, members Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung have signed new agreements based on deep trust in one another and unchanging love for the team," the agency said. "They will continue their journey with us."
The company added that it will continue to fully support the group. "We will remain a reliable partner. Please look forward to the many activities NCT DREAM has planned for the second half of the year, and continue to support them."
NCT DREAM debuted on Aug. 25, 2016, with the digital single "Chewing Gum." The group moved to a six-member lineup in April after Mark ended his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment and left the team.
