NCT 127 Takes Over 'America's Got Talent' Days Before "BLINGY" Comeback
NCT 127 brought its signature performance power to American television, taking the stage on NBC's "America's Got Talent" just days ahead of the release of its seventh full-length album “BLINGY.”
The group appeared on the live broadcast of "America's Got Talent" on August 19, performing a combination of one of its best-known hits and a track from the upcoming album.
NCT 127 opened with "Kick It," immediately drawing cheers and singalongs from the audience. The group then shifted into "Piñata," a track from "BLINGY," delivering an energetic live performance driven by the song's fast-paced sound and dynamic choreography.
Following the performance, host Terry Crews praised the group and the response from the audience, saying, "The energy is really hot after that incredible performance from NCT 127," before expressing anticipation for "BLINGY."
NCT 127 also marked the appearance as a significant return to the United States, noting that it had been two years since the group last visited the country and asking fans to look forward to what they had prepared.
The "America's Got Talent" appearance follows NCT 127's recent performance at KCON LA, extending the group’s U.S. promotions ahead of its comeback.
NCT 127 will release its seventh full-length album "BLINGY" on August 24 at 6 p.m. KST. The nine-track album includes title track "Blingy" alongside "Piñata," which American audiences received an early look at through the "America's Got Talent" stage.
