EVAN Embraces a Carefree Youth in "DEATH OF ME" First Look

EVAN is stripping things back for the first look at his upcoming mini album "DEATH OF ME."

On August 21, the solo artist unveiled the first set of concept photos for his first mini album through his official social media. Titled the "NATURAL" version, the images capture EVAN in relaxed, everyday moments without elaborate styling or staging.

The photos show EVAN sitting on the grass blowing bubbles, playing in the water and enjoying seemingly ordinary moments. The setting emphasizes a youthful and carefree side of the artist, creating a refreshing atmosphere that contrasts with the heaviness of the album's title.

Set for release on September 7, "DEATH OF ME" centers on taking control of complicated and intertwined emotions before choosing to move forward. Its title track "Death of Me" reflects EVAN's determination as he stands at a new starting point, with the artist participating in both the writing and composition of the song.

The upcoming eight-track project will also mark another step in EVAN's development as a self-producing artist. EVAN took the lead across the album's overall production, allowing him to further shape the musical identity behind his first mini album.

Ahead of the release, EVAN has continued to expand his activities both in Korea and overseas. He recently appeared as part of the Grammy Museum's "Spotlight" program and performed at KCON LA 2026.

He is next scheduled to attend the 2026 TIMA on August 23, followed by the 2026 K World Dream Awards on August 27 before "DEATH OF ME" arrives on September 7 at 6 p.m. KST.
