Gong Hyo-jin, Lee Yeon Trade Jokes in New 'Gong Hyo-jin For Now' Episode

Actress Gong Hyo-jin, 46, showed her warm side towards a younger friend in a new YouTube video. The clip pairs her with illustrator and content creator Lee Yeon, 31, for a late-night visit at her home in Yangpyeong.

The video, titled "Gong Hyo-jin and Lee Yeon's Hydration-Packed Yangpyeong Trip," was posted on Gong Hyo-jin's YouTube channel "Gong Hyo-jin For Now" on the 23rd. Lee arrived at the actress's house late in the evening, just after Gong had wrapped up a shoot.

The moment Lee walked in, Gong looked drained. "Unnie (Korean term used by women which means older sister), I feel like I'm going to die. This is so exhausting," she said. Lee pulled her into a hug. "Congrats on finally finishing," she said.

Lee then admitted she came empty-handed. "I didn't bring anything. I don't even have pajamas," she said. Gong looked her and asked if she had shown up in her pajamas already. When Lee joked that it was a "mischievous concept," Gong shot back, "I can only give you a T-shirt. Can you sleep in just your underwear?" The line drew laughs.

Gong set up the bedding for her guest. She said goodnight, then almost immediately called out again. "Hey, Yeon-ah," she began. "You know what the fun part of sleeping over at someone else's place is." Lee finished the thought. "You say let's sleep, and then every three minutes you go, 'You asleep?'" she said, nodding along.

Lee kept asking Gong if she was sleepy. "It's 4 a.m., of course I'm sleepy," Gong said, before pretending to threaten her. "If you keep this up, I'm leaving you here and going into the other room."
