i-dle's Soyeon Debuts Unreleased Solo Tracks at Waterbomb Sokcho
i-dle's Soyeon used a summer festival stage to give fans a first taste of her long-awaited solo return.
The rapper premiered two unreleased tracks at Waterbomb Sokcho 2026, her most direct preview yet of a comeback set for early September.
Soyeon performed at the festival on the 22nd at Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano in Sokcho, Gangwon province. It marked her first solo return in about five years and two months.
She opened with "icebluerabbit," a solo track she first performed at i-dle's world tour stop in Seoul in February. She followed with the group's "Wife" and "Is this bad b****** number?" from her first solo EP, before closing out with two of the group's biggest hits, "Queencard" and "TOMBOY." "Queencard" has passed 400 million views on YouTube.
The real reveal came with two songs slated for her new album. Soyeon performed "STAR," built on an EDM sound, back-to-back with "Yachae Silheo Song," a track that leans on plain, direct lyrics.
Later that day, Soyeon released the music video for "Yachae Silheo Song" on her YouTube channel "Sonyeo Soyeon Baekseo." The video was made in the style of a 2000s Flash animation and features a character modeled after a young Soyeon squaring off against vegetable characters.
i-dle will wrap its current world tour on the 29th and 30th with "2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR 'Syncopation' IN MACAU" at Galaxy Arena in Macau.
