Han So-hee Channels CEO in $6,500 Dior Dress at 'The Intern' Press Event
Han So-hee stepped into character before the cameras even rolled. The actress arrived at the press conference for her new film "The Intern" on Monday in a sleek office look that echoed the CEO she plays on screen.
Known for bold, statement-making red-carpet choices, Han traded her usual flair for something more restrained. The polished styling felt less like a fashion moment and more like a preview of her character.
Her outfit was a belted midi dress from Dior's heritage line, priced at 9.5 million won (about $6,500). The dress features a clean silhouette and understated design, with a defined waist and a tailored midi length that reads as professional without feeling stiff.
The look landed squarely in office-wear territory, the kind of thing a young executive might wear to a morning meeting. On Han, it also carried the sharp, urban edge she is known for.
Playing a CEO in the film, Han appeared to carry the character's tone into her press-event styling. Instead of heavy accessories or bold detailing, she leaned on clean lines and an elegant cut to suggest a successful woman running her own company.
The 9.5 million won designer dress fit the setting of a formal film presentation while doubling as a first glimpse of who her character is. Before a single scene has screened, the wardrobe hinted at the version of Han So-hee audiences will meet in "The Intern."
"The Intern" is a Korean remake of the 2015 Hollywood film of the same name. The story follows Sun-woo, played by Han So-hee, the head of a fashion company that has become a dark-horse player in the industry just three years after launch, and Gi-ho, played by Choi Min-sik, a silver intern joining the company with 37 years of career experience behind him.
