Tiffany Young Opens Up on Marrying Byun Yo-han: "He Led the Way"

Singer and actress Tiffany Young opened up about registering her marriage to actor Byun Yo-han and offered candid thoughts on how to know when it is time to get married.

On November 27, the YouTube channel "One Shot Hansol" posted a video featuring Tiffany Young in conversation with YouTuber Kim Han-sol. The video was titled, in Korean, "Girls' Generation's Tiffany Says She Wants to Adopt Tori, the Genius Dog Who Dances to 'Gee.'"

Kim, who recently went public with his relationship with a channel producer, asked Tiffany for advice on marriage. "I'm reaching the age where I should think about getting married," he said. "How do you know when you've made up your mind?"

Tiffany answered that the answer is usually already within you. "You often already have the answer within yourself," she said. "Sometimes you're just looking for someone else's advice to confirm it."

She then walked through her own marriage registration with Byun Yo-han. "You go to the Gangnam district office with a pen, get the signatures of two witnesses, and that's it," she said. "It can be done quickly."

She credited her husband for guiding the moment. "Byun Yo-han took the lead," she said. "Whenever I started to hesitate, he would just say, 'We're going to do this.' I really loved that kind of leadership."

Tiffany Young and Byun Yo-han became legally married in February after registering their marriage. She has continued her career at full speed since the wedding, releasing her first solo studio album, "Edge of Calm," on November 20.
