Pop star Bruno Mars is calling on BLACKPINK's ROSÉ to reunite onstage in Korea for their global hit "APT." Ahead of his first Korean concerts in about four years, the singer made a public pitch to his collaborator, then softened it with a joke that she has gotten too busy to take his calls.

Bruno Mars recently sat for an interview with MBC's YouTube channel "14F," where he talked about his music and upcoming shows.

He described his current material as "a collection of very romantic songs" that explore "the good and bad sides of love." He added that he can now perform the songs live and will soon do so in Korea, pointing to his run of dates in the country.

Then he brought up ROSÉ on his own. "I got to get Rosie up there," he said, before making a direct appeal. "Rosé, if you're listening or watching, let me know what I need to do to sing 'APT.' with you in Korea."

Bruno Mars said performing the song together in Korea would be "a full circle moment."

He kept the mood light. "Only if I can afford her," he joked. "She's gotten expensive. My God, she won't even answer my calls anymore."

The remarks played off his friendly rapport with ROSÉ, built during their work on "APT." The track, released in October 2024, became a worldwide hit and showcased the pair's chemistry.

He closed the interview with a message to Korean fans. "Korea, I'm coming. We're going to party together."

Bruno Mars will play four shows at Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on May 21, 22, 25 and 26, 2027, as part of "Bruno Mars - The Romantic Tour." It will be his first solo concerts in Korea in about four years, since 2023.
