SANTOS BRAVOS Handpicked by Shakira for "ES LATINA" Cultural Showcase

HYBE Latin America's boy group SANTOS BRAVOS has been personally selected by Colombian superstar Shakira to perform as part of her upcoming residency in Madrid.

SANTOS BRAVOS will perform on Sept. 18, 19 and 20 as part of "ES LATINA," the cultural programming accompanying Shakira's "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour" residency in Spain. The group is among the featured performers personally curated by Shakira for the project, alongside artists from across Spain and Latin America.

Running across four weekends from Sept. 18 through Oct. 11, "ES LATINA" was created as a cultural platform celebrating the shared roots and continuing exchange between Spain and Latin America through music, literature, fashion, gastronomy, art and dance.

At the center of that concept is the idea that the two sides of the Atlantic remain connected through a broader Latin identity. Shakira has described Spain and Latin America as "two shores of the same culture," with "ES LATINA" bringing different generations and creative voices together in Madrid.

Music forms a major part of that exchange. Shakira personally curated the artists appearing across two stages in Macondo Park, with the lineup combining established performers and emerging acts that represent the evolving sound of Spanish and Latin American music. The park will feature eight themed areas, including spaces dedicated to literature, fashion and Latin American gastronomy.

SANTOS BRAVOS' inclusion places the HYBE-developed group within a broader showcase connecting established names with emerging voices across the Spanish-speaking music world. The group will appear alongside artists including Nathy Peluso, Amaia, Guitarricadelafuente, Lia Kali and Yerai Cortés.

For the rookie group, the invitation also marks an opportunity to build recognition beyond HYBE's existing fan ecosystem. Personally selected by one of Latin music's most globally recognized artists, SANTOS BRAVOS will step onto a platform designed around Latin culture itself, giving the group an early chance to establish its place within the wider market it was created to enter.
