"We're Going to Burn the Stage Down": Dragon Pony Turns Up the Energy at ATA Festival

The band Dragon Pony energized the festival grounds with their explosive youthful vigor. Having solidified their status as a talented act across diverse festivals and stages, they instantly captivated the audience with their signature vibrant rock sound.

On the second day of the 'Asia Top Artist Festival 2026' ('ATA Festival'), held on the 20th at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul, Dragon Pony (An Taegyu, Kwon Sehyuk and Ko Ganghun) delivered a polished live set, connecting passionately with the crowd.

Dragon Pony selected "Pop Up" as the first song they wanted the festival-goers to hear. The members sang a line on the spot: "I'll say, give it up. Pop up. It's time to stand out" drawing an enthusiastic response, and amped up the atmosphere with their signature group pose.

Their warm chemistry was also on full display. When asked about each other's strengths, they showcased easygoing affection and trust, joking that "Sehyuk's strength is his good looks" and praising "Ganghun for being an incredible drummer." Asked about their current interests, they shared their bright, playful side by revealing, "We often tune into Lee Kang-in's matches lately," adding, "He won again recently. Let's go, Lee Kang-in!"

For those currently navigating their youth, the group recommended their track "Not Out." They shared sincere encouragement, saying, "We believe the fear of failure itself is the greatest fear of all. It's okay to fall. We want to cheer on everyone with the mindset that even if you stumble, you can grab onto something and get back up."

Before taking the stage, Dragon Pony expressed their determination saying "The weather is so great that we're really thrilled. We are going to completely burn the stage down today." When asked to do a quick acrostic poem using 'A-TA,' they exclaimed, "'A'-ll the people who came to ATA Festival, "TA"-lk about how much we love you all!" immediately adding with a laugh, "That was a stretch. Please enjoy the show!"
