YOUNG POSSE Plays Shibuya, Sets October Digital Single 'GO해'

K-POP group YOUNG POSSE returned to Tokyo for a solo concert built around its hip-hop-leaning catalog. The five-member group played two shows on September 22 at Shibuya Stream Hall, at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., under the banner "YOUNG POSSE LIVE : HEY TOKYO 2026."

The Tokyo dates mark the group's first local shows in four months, following a Shibuya performance in May. YOUNG POSSE is made up of Jung Sun-hye, Wi Yeon-jung, Jiana, Doeun and Han Ji-eun.

The group opened with "MR. 2026," the title track from its mixtape, whose music video was filmed in Japan. From there, YOUNG POSSE moved straight into "ATE THAT" and "FREESTYLE" to set the early tone.

The setlist stayed anchored in hip-hop. The group ran through "POSSE UP!," "MON3Y 8ANK" and "OTB," along with debut single "MACARONI CHEESE," "Scars," "Same Shit 中 Another One" and "VISA," leaning on rap verses and choreography.

There were also cover and unreleased moments. YOUNG POSSE performed a cover of Japanese group CUTIE STREET's "Kawaii dake ja Dame Desuka?" (Gwiyeopgiman Hamyeon An Doenayo?), a softer turn from the group's own catalog. It also debuted "Why x3," an unreleased track the members had worked on during their trainee days, on stage for the first time.

The show closed out with "XXL," "Skyline," "ADHD" and "we don't go to bed tonight."

"It was a meaningful time being able to enjoy the stage while breathing together with the fans," the group said after the concert. "We're grateful to the fans who came out, and we'll prepare to see them on stage more often going forward."

YOUNG POSSE will keep its momentum going with a new digital single, "GO해," out October 7 at 6 p.m. KST across major online music platforms.
