BLACKPINK's Rosé Mixes Winter Coat With Flip-Flops at Incheon Airport

BLACKPINK's Rosé turned her airport run into a study in mixed seasons. The singer paired a heavy winter coat with beach-ready flip-flops as she left for Paris on Sept. 28.

Rosé departed from Incheon International Airport for Paris Fashion Week's Spring/Summer 2027 shows. She wore a dark brown long coat that fell nearly to her ankles. The roomy silhouette was styled with wide-leg denim, a large black shoulder bag, and sunglasses, giving off a relaxed but sharp mood.

The contrast was at the feet. Instead of boots or sneakers, Rosé slipped into flip-flops. From the waist up, the outfit read like early winter. From the ankles down, it looked more like a summer resort. That contrast was the point.

The flip-flops peeked out from under the long, floor-skimming denim, adding a small twist to an otherwise heavy outfit. The mix of coat, denim, and leather bag with a light rubber sandal highlighted the free-spirited styling Rosé is known for.

Rosé recently released her solo single "new trick." The song leans into garage punk and pop-rock, with lyrics about moving forward after heartbreak. Amy Allen and Andrew Wells, who co-wrote her global hit "APT.," also returned as producers for the track.
