LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha was overcome with emotion during the group's October 18 concert in Amsterdam, returning to the city where she once studied ballet and fulfilling a promise she made to herself more than four years ago: to become an artist successful enough to perform there again.

During the group's performance at Ziggo Dome, part of their "PUREFLOW" tour, Kazuha reflected on her journey from ballet student to K-POP idol, sharing memories of leaving the Netherlands alone to pursue an uncertain future in South Korea.

Speaking during the concert's closing remarks, she recalled how emotional she became while flying back to Amsterdam for the first time in more than four years.

As she watched the Dutch landscape approaching through the airplane window, Kazuha said memories of her departure resurfaced, making her feel as though time had finally begun moving again.

Her last memory of the Netherlands had been boarding the flight that would take her to Korea, a moment she described as filled with excitement, determination and uncertainty. At the time, she had made herself a promise which was to one day become a successful enough artist to return and perform in the country.

Arriving in Amsterdam ahead of the concert, she realized that day had finally come.

Kazuha also reflected on the difficult transition from ballet to K-POP, recalling her early dance training after deciding to pursue a different career.

For Kazuha, the Netherlands represented much more than a place where she had once studied as she described the country as a connection between her past and present. Further explaining that her experiences there had helped her discover what she wanted for her future.

However, the most emotional moment came when she spoke about the people who had accompanied her on that journey.

Kazuha recalled leaving the Netherlands alone but returning years later alongside her four LE SSERAFIM members. As she struggled to hold back tears, Yunjin immediately began translating her words into English for the audience rather than waiting for the interpreter.

"She said when she first left, she was alone, but now she has sisters," Yunjin explained, her own voice audibly cracking with emotion. "She said thank you guys for bringing us together."

Chaewon also became emotional as the members gathered around Kazuha in an embrace, turning the speech into a heartfelt celebration of the bond they had developed since debuting together in May 2022.

The moment was made even more touching by a story Yunjin had shared about Kazuha's excitement ahead of the Amsterdam concert.

Yunjin recalled that her phone had been receiving nonstop notifications for approximately 20 minutes, only to discover that Kazuha, usually one of the quieter members in their group chat, had been sending recommendations for places to visit in the Netherlands.

Yunjin joked that it was probably the most Kazuha had ever spoken in their group chat, describing the messages as evidence of how excited she was to introduce the members to a place that had played such an important role in her life.

Kazuha also revealed that she had already become emotional during the concert's soundcheck after spotting fans holding pictures of her in the audience. Seeing people recognize and support her in a place she considered as precious as her hometown made her realize just how much had changed since she left.

She thanked FEARNOT for making her return possible and promised to continue working hard to repay their support.

Her emotional speech brought a deeply personal dimension to the Amsterdam concert, highlighting not only the sacrifices behind her transition from ballet to K-POP but also the relationships and opportunities that followed.

Four years after leaving the Netherlands alone with an uncertain future, Kazuha returned as a member of LE SSERAFIM, performing in front of the very audience she once dreamed of reaching.
