A2O LITE Joins Sunny on 'Noon Hope Song' as Lee Soo-man's Return Picks Up Steam

Girls' Generation member Sunny will share the microphone with rookie girl group A2O LITE. The new act is produced by her uncle, Lee Soo-man, a key producer at A2O Entertainment. The two will meet on an MBC FM4U radio program later this week.

A weekly guest schedule posted to A2O LITE's official social media story on Oct. 18 showed that the group will appear as guests on MBC FM4U's "Noon Hope Song, This Is Kim Shin-young" on Oct. 21.

Sunny is set to host the broadcast as a special DJ. She is a member of Girls' Generation and the niece of Lee Soo-man. After her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment ended in 2023, she joined A2O Entertainment, the new agency founded by Lee, last year.

Lee Soo-man marked his return to the music industry on Oct. 12 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, with a joint debut performance by boy group A2O SOUL and girl group A2O LITE.

A2O LITE's debut song "NEON" was released on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. KST. Approximately 29 hours later, at 11 p.m. KST on Oct. 14, it reached the top of Melon's main "Top 100" chart.
